We would recommend this option if your house has not been professionally cleaned in a while for your first time hiring us.

Our deep cleaning is a more detailed cleaning of all the surfaces we usually clean. This initial cleaning (since it is a deep clean) will take longer than a regular clean. So, please be aware of that.

A deep clean is to get your house up to par for regular cleaning maintenance services.

Our regular cleaning is a less detailed of a cleaning. A regular cleaning is meant to be more for maintenance, where as, a deep clean is to get your house up to par for regular cleaning maintenance services.

Down below is a detailed list of how we do a regular clean!

Deep Clean

  • Vacuum and mop floors
  • Low dusting (8 feet and below)
  • Dusting ceiling fans, blinds, and baseboards
  • Window sills
  • Wipe down outside of appliances​
  • Disinfect bathrooms and kitchen
  • Remove buildup in bathrooms and kitchen
  • Dust air vent covers
  • Sanitize light switches and door knobs
  • Wipe down doors and door frames

Regular Clean and One-Time Clean

​Kitchen:

  • Countertops and high-touch surfaces cleaned

  • Fronts of cabinets hand-wiped

  • Outside of range hood, top and front of range cleaned

  • Drip pans or glass-top surfaces wiped

  • Microwave oven cleaned inside and out

  • All cupboard and appliance surfaces cleaned

  • Dust baseboards, window sills, ledges, blinds, pictures, lampshades, and light fixtures

  • Spot clean walls (8 feet and below), doors, and windows to remove fingerprints and smudges

  • Cobwebs removed

  • Garbage removed

  • Sweep and damp mop or vacuum floors

Living Area:

  • Flat and high-touch surfaces hand wiped

  • Dust baseboards, windowsills, ledges, blinds, pictures, lampshades, furniture, light fixtures, and ceiling fans

  • Spot clean walls (8 feet and below) and windows to remove fingerprints and smudges

  • Cobwebs removed

  • Garbage removed

  • Sweep and damp mop or vacuum all readily accessible floors 

  • Stairs vacuumed

  • Empty closet floors vacuumed

Office/Study/Bonus Room/Loft:​

  • Spot clean walls (8 feet and below), doors, and windows to remove fingerprints and smudges

  • Doors and door frames spot-cleaned

Once a month cleaning, choose the day of the month that is most convenient for you and we will take care of the rest!

Periodic cleaning, recurring cleanings, post construction cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning and much more.
