BACON CLEANING SERVICES PRIVACY POLICY
PETS:
We love pets! We advise you to notify us prior to your appointment about your pets. We also advise that you secure them in case any of your pets are shy around new people.
SAFETY:
Safety is extremely important to us. To decrease the risk of injury we are unable to move heavy objects, flip mattresses, etc. We cannot touch or pick up vomit, blood, pet/human urine or excrement, including emptying/cleaning litter boxes.
INSECT INFESTATION:
Insect infestation can be an issue and may prevent us from cleaning your home. If we encounter an infestation of ants, termites, roaches, bed bugs, etc, we will not be able to clean until the problem has been dealt with.
HEIGHT:
We are unable to clean items or parts of your home that are higher than 8 feet or that will be difficult to reach with our 2 or 3 step ladder.
CLUTTER:
It is the client’s advantage to have their home picked up as much as possible, allowing us access to all areas and focus primarily on cleaning. We provide light straightening of the areas that we clean. If such areas/ surfaces are cluttered at the time of cleaning, we will clean around those areas and you will be notified.
DAMAGE:
We cannot take responsibility for items that were damaged prior or because they were not properly secured (Ex: loose light fixtures, hanging pictures improperly attached to a wall).
WE CANNOT:
Clean your property if it does not have running water or electricity.
SERVICE PRICE:
Many factors go into pricing a job, such as clutter, pets, the size of your home, cleaning frequency, and distance.
WORK HOURS:
My normal work days are Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 5:00pm.
ALARM SYSTEMS & KEYS:
It is not necessary to be at home while I’m there cleaning. If you have an alarm, make sure I have the key code so I can disarm the alarm when I arrive, and set it again when I leave. I’ll also need access to a house key if no one is home. I do /charge a $50 lockout fee if I have a confirmed appointment and can’t get in.
RESCHEDULING:
Stuff is going to happen. At one point or another -- for whatever reason, one of us is going to need to reschedule our cleaning. Communication is key. Call, text or email as soon as you know there is a conflict and we’ll do our best to reschedule your cleaning at the next earliest convenience. We will do the same. As long as we have a 24-hour notice there will be no $50 cancellation charge.
SICK POLICY:
If you or your children get sick with a contagious illness please call and reschedule your cleaning. Even though we sanitize your home, it is possible that we might transport germs to the next house. And to be fair to all our customers we prefer to wait until you are well again.
SATISFACTION:
I aim to please. If for any reason, at any time you are not 100% completely satisfied, please call me immediately at 812-727-0830 and I will do everything I can to resolve your concerns and make it right.
PAYMENT:
Payment is due at time of service. At this time I accept Venmo (@Teri-Bacon-2 or use my QR code down below ), Apple Pay (812-369-3832), cash or check that can be left on the kitchen counter.
